We had an awesome day at the Magic Kingdom on our vacation to Orlando. My friend, Heather, recommended that we get to the park in time to catch the show that opens the park each morning. We saw Mickey and friends arrive in a train and sing Good Morning to the crowd before the official rope drop opening the Magic Kingdom for the day! Mac loved it so much he wanted to stay and we had to convince him that there was more fun to be had inside the park. A lot more fun...
The first order of business was to meet Mickey Mouse!

We had so much fun at the character parade that we caught this show twice! We watched all the characters enter on parade floats accompanied by street dancers. After a few songs we hit the streets to join in the dancing and the party!

Mac had an absolute blast all day. No need for a nap this day...he lasted from park opening to the closing fireworks. He was having so much fun that we made the trip on the monorail to see some sights at Epcot.
